Stargating our way back to 2001, M&S (not Marks & Spencers) crafted a bonafide anthem in the form of the much loved The Girl Next Door with ‘Salsoul Nugget.’ Sampling a lesser known disco classic of the 1970’s they managed to come up with a powerful dance floor smash that hit the waves the world over.

‘Salsoul Nugget’ plays out at best when the original disco sample floats in and out over the top and dismisses the additional, longer vocal that was added into the official 2001 release. Remaining timeless and undated, Salsoul lays one more egg to serve through at breakfast time and releases its healthy goodness for all lovers of the disco and filtered house music sounds.
